The protection of your personal data is of particular importance to us. For this reason, we process your data exclusively in compliance with the statutory provisions (GDPR, TKG 2003). This data protection notice is intended to provide information about the key aspects of data processing on our website.

Contacting Us

 If you contact us via the contact form on our website or via e-mail, the personal data you provide will be stored for a period of up to six months for the purpose of processing your  inquiry and responding to any subsequent questions. Your data will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent.

Web analysis
Our website utilizes the functions of Google Analytics, a web analysis service by Google LLC ("Google"), Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA. The data collected through this service may also be processed outside the Europen Union. For this purpose, cookies are used to analyze how users interact with our website. The information generated by these cookies is transferred to and stored on Google’s servers.

You can prevent this by configuring your browser to block the storag of cookies.
If IP anonymization is enabled in your browser, your IP address will be shortened by Google within member states of the European Union or other contracting states of the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Consequently, only an approximate location can be determined.

Data processing is conducted in accordance with the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG and Art. 6 para. 1 lit a (consent) and/or lit f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our legitimate interest, as outlined under the GDPR, lies ins enhancing our services and improving our website. To protect user privacy, all collected data is pseudonymized.

Newsletter subscription
You may subscribe to our newsletter via our website. For this purpose, we require your e-mail address and your explicit consent to receive our newsletter communications.  

Following your subscription, a confirmation containg a verification link will be sent to your e-mail. You may withdraw your consent and unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time.  To do so, please send your revocation notice to office@jtm.digital. Upon receipt, all personal data in connection with the newsletter mailing will be deleted immediately.  

Your rights
In obligation to applicable data protection regulations, the following rights with regard to the processing of your personal data apply: information, correction, deletion, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or your data protection rights, you are entitled to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. In Austria, this is the data protection authority (Datenschutzbehörde).
