The previous voucher shop met neither the functional nor the technical requirements needed to support a modern user experience, automation, and system integration. Processes were insufficiently linked, manual steps complicated processing, and the connection to the logistics partner was not optimally resolved. In addition, there was a clear lack of a consistently accessible and contemporary user interface.
The goal was the redevelopment of a modern Fahrtechnik voucher shop with a focus on an intuitive user experience, automated order processing, and the seamless integration of the logistics partner. The solution had to be scalable, future-proof, and fully aligned with both corporate identity and WCAG accessibility standards.
Client-side web application based on Vue.js and the Quasar Framework, integration of external logistics interfaces, modern web standards and a responsive frontend, test automation and multi-stage quality assurance.

Based on a detailed process analysis, an optimized target process was developed that reduces manual steps and tightly integrates systems. The design was created using wireframing in strict compliance with the corporate identity and accessibility requirements. The technical implementation using Vue.js and Quasar enabled a high performance, cross-platform application with automated order processing. Comprehensive testing ensured security, stability and ease of use.
